| | Beta Mail is a PC based mail list management package which allows you to create and maintain multiple lists of names, addresses and telephone numbers.

| | Ideally suited to South Africa, Beta Mail will even look up postal and dial codes for you.

| | Beta Mail can store as many different lists as you have hard disk space! This allows easy management of various lists, for instance: create one list with all your Christmas List, another with all Customers, and yet another with all Debtors.

| | For each person, Beta Mail stores the following:- Title

- Surname
- Company Name

| | The classes in Beta Mail allow you to categorise people according to your own criteria.

| | For instance, you may need to know whether they are English or Afrikaans speaking, which region they are in, etc.

| | While editing / viewing entries, you can apply an image (for instance postal code from 2000 to 2999 and language = English). This limits the edit process to only those entries which match your criteria.
