Pointer to Strategy & Interrupt Routines

                  POINTER TO STRATEGY AND INTERRUPT ROUTINES                  

       These two fields are pointers to the entry points of the strategy
       and input routines. They are word values, so they must be  in the
       same segment as the device header.
