                   Set ending segment address for a record

Param DX	The end segment address of memory allocated for recording

Delay	None

        Set the ending address for a RECORD or RECORD_NO_CMP.  The
        value is a segment address.  This limits the size of a recording
        and should be set to the end of allocated memory for maximum
        recording time.  Can be any paragraph boundary after the segment
        address set by SET_START.
