Return AX Zero or the value of the termination condition.
(same as bit values in SET_CTRL)
Delay One second for every 4000 bytes recorded 
        Start recording into memory.  RECORD starts at the segment
        set by SET_START and records until reaching the segment set by
        SET_END or until a termination condition set by SET_CTRL exist.
