Param DX	Duration of the beep (in 1/32000 sec)

Delay	Dependent on the duration parameter

        Cause a beep on the line, local phone or over the speaker.
        The frequency of the beep can be set with the SET_BEEP_FREQ
        command.  This beep is distinct from the RECORD_BEEP but can
        be used in place of it by calling this command prior to calling
        RECORD or RECORD_NO_CMP.
