Set the UPPER LIMIT of the length of the silent period between rings. It
is not necessary to set this function unless ANSWER_DETECT returns a
voice detect during a ring. This parameter is set in units of 32msec
cross count samples (32 msec - 1/32 seconds so 32 samples = 1 second).
The default of this parameter is 140. (140 samples = 4 seconds + a
little) The standard ring tone is 2 seconds on and 4 seconds off. The
default is also set to detect a PBX ring of 1 second on and 3 seconds
off. Adjust this parameter ONLY to adjust for phone equipment that
does not support the standard |
