Set the UPPER LIMIT of the length of the longer silent period between
double rings that are generated by some phone systems. It is not
necessary to set this function unless ANSWER_DETECT returns a voice
detect during such a ring tone. This parameter is set in units of 32
msec cross count samples (32 msec = 1/32 second so 32 samples = 1
second). The default of this parameter is 110. (110 samples = 3 & 1/2
seconds). The standard double ring is 1/2 second on, 1/2 second off,
1/2 second on and 2 1/2 seconds off. Adjust this parameter ONLY to
adjust for phone equipment that does not support this standard. |
