SEND "message" [TO] [STATION] [station_list]
Use this command to send console messages to specified stations.
In contrast, the BROADCAST command always sends to all stations.
The message must be enclosed in quotation marks.
For the list of stations, separate each by a comma or blank space.
If no stations are specified, the message is sent to all stations.
