Default:        .025

Purpose:        Specifies how much time Windows waits before pasting any
                characters after the ALT key has been pasted. Some
                applications may require more time for recognition of the
                ALT keystroke.

To Change:      Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
