Default:        Yes

Purpose:        If enabled, when you start the MS-DOS prompt a message box
                appears, with instructions on how to exit and switch away
                from the MS-DOS prompt. Disable this setting if you do not
                want to see the message.

To Change:      Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
