Default:        False

Purpose:        Determines how extra memory in the UMB (Upper Memory Block)
                area is used when Windows in running on MS-DOS version 5.0.
                If disabled, then Windows uses all of the UMB area, leaving
                no extra UMB space available for Virtual Machines. If
                enabled, then Windows does not use all of the extra UMB area.
                In this case, UMB area is available locally to each Virtual
                Machine.

To Change:      Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
