MouseSoftInit=<Boolean>

Default:        True

Purpose: Specifies whether Windows should convert INT 33h function
                0 hard initialization calls to function 33 soft
                initialization calls, which do not reset the mouse hardware.
                If enabled, you can use a mouse with a non-Windows
                application that you start in a window. Disable this setting
                if the cursor and screen information appear garbled or
                distorted when using the mouse with an application. If you
                disable this setting, you may not be able to use the mouse
                when running a non-Windows application in a window.

To Change: Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
