Default:        12

Purpose:        Specifies the size (in kilobytes) of the data-transfer
                buffers in conventional memory that Windows allocates for
                transferring data over a network when running in 386
                enhanced mode. All values are rounded up to the nearest 4K.

To Change:      Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
