                            ScrollFrequency=<number>

Default:        2

Purpose:        Specifies the number of lines you can scroll in a
                non-Windows application that is running in a Windows
                before its display is updated.

To Change:      Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file. (You should never
                need to change this setting.)
