SysVMEMSLimit=<number-or-kilobytes>

Default:        2048

Purpose: Specifies how many kilobytes of expanded memory Windows is
                permitted to use. Setting this value to 0 prevents Windows
                from gaining access to any expanded memory. Setting it to
                -1 gives Windows all the available expanded memory that it
                requests.

To Change: Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
