Default:        False

Purpose:        If enabled, causes the virtual-mode memory used in the
                system virtual machine to remain locked in memory instead
                of swaping it out to disk.

To Change:      Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file. (Because Windows
                controls this process, there is no need to change this
                setting.)
