VGAMonoText=<Boolean>

Default:        True

Purpose: Instructs Windows to ignore the video memory address space
                in VGA displays, usually used for monochrome adapters. When
                this setting is disabled, Windows can use the B000h through
                B7FF range for upper memory space, provided that no hardware
                device is using these addresses and your applications do not
                use the monochrome display mode of your VGA adapter.

Note: This setting applies to VGA displays only.

To Change: Use Notepad to edit the SYSTEM.INI file.
