Default:        No

Purpose:        If enabled, all of the computer's processing time is
                allocated to Windows whenever a Windows application is in
                the foreground. If this setting is enabled and a Windows
                application is in the foreground, no non-Windows application
                will run.

To Change:      Choose the 386 Enhanced icon from the Control Panel window.
